At six years old, this chocolate lab has mastered the balance between adventure and comfort. She loves long walks, scenic hikes, and any opportunity to be outside, especially when the destination is Ring Mountain, one of her favorite Marin spots. Between open trails, ocean air, and familiar routines, Maggie carries herself with the calm confidence of a dog who knows she belongs.

She’s also deeply social. Weekly dog park playdates are part of her rhythm, and over the years she’s built quite the circle of canine friends. Still, her closest bond isn’t with another dog at all. Her best friend is Sprinkles, her 22-year-old cat sister, proving that chosen family doesn’t always look the way you’d expect.

Maggie also carries a quiet emotional connection to another beloved dog, Raleigh, whose spirit continues to inspire the care, love, and companionship that surrounds her today. Through Maggie, those memories continue in the smallest daily rituals: walks, companionship, loyalty, and the comfort of simply being together.
